At DO YOU LIFT?, returns are allowed only on the same day of delivery. Our delivery driver will wait while you try on the item to ensure it meets your expectations. If you wish to return the item, you must do so before completing the payment. Once payment is finalized, returns are no longer accepted under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
